Hi, I'm Coach Sabrina.

I am a fierce mother, a partner, and a 40-something woman of color who decided to stop waiting and start showing up.

As a certified 80/20 Endurance and Coaches Collective Coach, I didn't start this business just to write training plans. I started it to build the training ground I wish I had: a space where curvy, fierce women are celebrated for their grit, not judged for their size.
